Can I get some samples?

How do I place an order?

Please fill out a new customer registration form.

Once we receive the new customer information, someone from our sales team will promptly get back to you.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum of 1 bag ( 132.28 Lbs ).

How is the delivery?

We will promptly quote and coordinate the delivery to you.

Is the freight included?

No, freight is not included.

What is the Payment Method?

We accept checks, credit card and wire transfer.

Do you offer any payment terms?

Yes, Net 30 days for orders of 10 bags or more.

What happens once I notice any missing or damaged bag(s)?

If you notice any missing, wrong or damaged bag(s) when it is delivered, please notify the driver before signing any receipt paperwork, take color photographs of the damage, including images of the vehicle's interior if there are spilled beans or a tipped pallet, weigh bag(s) which appear to have lost beans, have a copy of the driver-signed Delivery Receipt showing detailed notes of the loss or damage and reach out to us immediately at admin@higacoffee.com, or by phone at (651) 370-8155. We will file any  claims with the trucking line on your behalf.
